2 lb Jonah crab claws
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons half-and-half
4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon A.1. Steak Sauce
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
This recipe calls for serving the crab cold. If you’d rather enjoy them hot, simply steam claws for 3-4 minutes until they’re just warm enough
Mix together mayonnaise, half-and-half, dry mustard, Worcestershire, and A.1. sauce until well-combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep any leftovers refrigerated.
